Round Rock High School Water Polo

Tryouts for the upcoming school season will take place during the month of June and will be run in tandem with our skills practices. Athletes who plan to try out for polo will need to have some experience playing water polo and are encouraged to join an area team.

Skills sessions will be on Mondays and Wednesdays during the month of June from 11 AM-12 PM at the RRAC, which is located on the campus of Cedar Ridge High School. All athletes interested in being part of the team should plan on attending. If there are conflicts, please let me know.

Incoming Freshmen are highly encouraged to sign up for the camp to learn some of the basics before skills sessions/tryouts take place. 

Athletes will need to have a current physical in order to participate.

We are excited to announce that we have the opportunity to host a 5 Meter Water Polo Camp, run by Olympian Genai Kerr, here in Round Rock! This is an amazing opportunity for our team to further develop their skills as we prepare to get ready for next year and take the program a step further. The camp will be held at the RRAC on the first two days of spring break. March 16th and 17th from 9-3 PM. Coach Kerr is offering a 20% discount for RRISD Athletes. Please use the code RR20. The camp will be open first to District Athletes and then, if there is remaining space, to Central Texas High School Water Polo Athletes. We highly encourage all of our returning ROCK POLO players to join if they can. Welcome to ROCK POLO for the 2025 season. All team members and their parents must complete the registration form located on the side bar. Registration will ensure that players and their parents get all the information about the upcoming season and updates with important information throughout the year.

If you already have a Swimtopia account from other teams or from past seasons, it should prompt you to login. If you are new to Swimtopia you will set up your account when you register.

After you complete your team registration, you will receive an account activation email, which contains a link to choose a new password to activate your account.

* Team Meeting for parents and athletes on 8/6 @ 7 PM in the 1100 Lecture Hall at RRHS. Please plan on attending.

*Rank One - we are still missing several athletes' information on Rank One. Please complete all remaining athletic forms on Rank One. Online forms can be found at https://roundrockisd.rankonesport.com/New/Home.aspx

*Practice will begin on 8/5 and will be in the morning, Boys 7-8:30 AM and Girls 7:30-9 AM. Practice will be held at Krebsbach Pool

*The Team Store is up and running (see the subpage above). Please check out all of the great gear for friends and family in addition to Booster Club Membership options. We will close orders for this season after the parent meeting on the 6th.

*In lieu of fundraisers, we are asking a $200 team fee per athlete for the upcoming season. This will pay for a team shirt, meals at all games, hotel and transportation costs for the season, and other team expenses. Please use the Venmo at the bottom of the page to pay, and include your Athlete's Name in the memo section. You may also bring in a check to the parent meeting if you do not have Venmo.
